Scholarships are available for registration, accommodation, meals and travel. Priority for full scholarships will be given to low income countries in the Pacific (World Bank ranking) and to other small island developing countries in the Pacific. Based upon availability, partial scholarships may also be available. All scholarship applications will be considered. The deadline for scholarship applications is October 31.
