As a result of the late change of conference venue from Suva in Fiji to Honolulu in Hawaii (because of the Fijian military coup early in December 2006) conference airfares can not be packaged, especially for delegates outside mainland USA. The IPMEC committee recommends that non-USA delegates shop around for the best airfares available to them individually or in small groups if that is possible.
