Note 1: Prices for registration (above), accommodation and field trips are quoted in Fiji $ (listed as FJD or FJ$). The US$ or A$ conversions quoted above are based on exchange rates at the start of March 2010. Please note, this exchange rate may vary so you may like to check on a web site such as www.xe.com for up-to-date conversions or for currency conversions for other nations.
Note 2: All international delegates should plan to fly into Nadi. The additional cost of international registration is to cover a meet and greet service at Nadi Airport when you arrive plus your transport from Nadi to the conference venue plus your return to Nadi Airport when the conference is over.
Note 3: The conference will be held at the Outrigger on the Lagoon and accommodation is available at the Outrigger plus the Tubakula Beach Bungalows and Crows Nest (both about 5 minutes walk from the Outrigger). This conference accommodation can be booked via the Registration Form.
Note 4: Conference field trips can also be booked on the Registration Form.

Final Notes

Closing date: First round registrations (at these prices) now close on April 15, 2010, but please register as soon as possible.
Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled before May 31st. After that 90% refund.
