Applications for IPMEN 2010 conference scholarships are now open.
Please download the scholarship application form (you will need Adobe Reader 6 or greater), complete it and return it to Ron Vave as soon as possible. The closing date for applications is April 15, 2010. Please contact Ron Vave via email or via fax (+ 679 323 1534) if you have problems downloading the form or returning it.
Priority for full scholarships will be given to prospective IPMEN 2010 delegates from low income countries in the Pacific (World Bank ranking) and to other small island developing countries in the Pacific. Based upon availability, partial scholarships may also be offered. All scholarship applications will be considered.
Other important notes
1. To receive a scholarship you must present a paper (not a poster) at the conference so please submit a Call for Papers Form (and note that you are applying for a scholarship on this form).
2. We also request that you submit a Registration Form and note that you are applying for a scholarship on this form.
3. You will require a referee for your scholarship application so please either fill in your referees contact details on the application form or attach a signed letter of support.
4. If you are flying to Fiji to attend the conference, we ask that you research the most appropriate and cost effective flight options and include this information in your application form. Please note, however, that the conference organiser will book flights on your behalf.
5. Scholarship applications will close on April 15, 2010 (no late applications).
6. Notification of acceptance or otherwise will be sent to you by April 30, 2010.
