The only other thing you need to know is that as part of our green conference policy, the IPMEN’08 conference committee asks that you consider bringing your own conference bag. We can provide plain conference bags as well so please make your selection on the registration form.

Registration notes
Closing date: First round registrations (at these prices) now close on August 15, 2008 but please register as son as possible.
Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled before September 1, 2008. After that 90% refund.
Specific requirements: If you have any specific requirements, either dietary or require disability specific facilities, please notify the conference organiser by indicating your requirements in the “Final comments or requests” box at the end of the form.

Registration Options Full Registration
Full IPMEN’08 conference registration includes the three day conference (Friday 17 to Sunday 19), conference material, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunches (Friday 17 to Sunday 19) plus three evening functions – the formal conference dinner (Friday 17), a Night at the Museum (Saturday 18) and the joint IYCC and IPMEN’08 function (Sunday 19).
The cost of full registration is A$400 and you can register as a full IPMEN’08 delegate by downloading the registration form, completing it and returning it with payment to Mazmac Event Management by email, fax or post. The closing date for registration is June 30, 2008.
Student Registration
A number of full IPMEN’08 conference delegate places are available at A$250 for full-time students (student photo ID required at registration). As above, this includes the three day conference (Friday 17 to Sunday 19), conference material, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunches (Friday 17 to Sunday 19) plus three evening functions – the formal conference dinner (Friday 17), a Night at the Museum (Saturday 18) and the joint IYCC and IPMEN’08 function (Sunday 19).
The cost of student registration is A$250 and you can register as an IPMEN’08 student delegate by downloading the registration form, completing it and returning it with payment to Mazmac Event Management by email, fax or post. The closing date for registration is June 30, 2008.
Weekend Registration
The IPMEN’08 conference committee are aware that some potential delegates, especially local teachers, may find it difficult to attend on Friday 17 because of work commitments. We would encourage all such delegates to make every effort to attend on all three days of the conference and can provide a letter of support if requested (contact Harry Breidahl nautilused@optusnet.com.au). However, if this proves impossible, a number of weekend IPMEN’08 conference delegate places are available at A$300. This includes attendance at the conference on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19, conference material, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunches on both days plus two evening functions – a Night at the Museum (Saturday 18) and the joint IYCC and IPMEN’08 function (Sunday 19). You would also be welcome to attend the formal conference dinner on Friday 17 at an additional cost if spaces are available (book when you register at the conference).

Day Registration
Single day registration will be available for each of the three days of the conference (Friday 17 to Sunday 19). The cost of single day registration will be A$125 for attendance at conference sessions only (plus morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch on that day). Evening functions will also be open to day delegates at an additional cost if places are available and can be booked when you registration at the conference.
The cost of day registration is A$125 and you can register as an IPMEN’08 day delegate by downloading the registration form, completing it and returning it with payment to Mazmac Event Management by email, fax or post. The closing date for registration is June 30, 2008.
Virtual Registration
Virtual (remote) participation in all three days of the IPMEN’08 conference via real-time web-delivered presentations both to from areas spanning the Pacific and the rest of the world will be a feature of the IPMEN’08 conference.
The cost of virtual registration is A$125 and you can register as a virtual IPMEN’08 delegate by downloading the registration form, completing it and returning it with payment to Mazmac Event Management by email, fax or post. The closing date for registration is June 30, 2008.
Accommodation Options
Full details of your accommodation options can be found under Accommodation on this web site. The two options you can book with registration are at Jupiters (the conference venue) and the Park Regis Anchorage. Jupiters can either be single occupancy or dual occupancy (you can nominate who you share this room with) and Park Regis Anchorage offers multiple occupancy where 5 delegates will share a two bedroom unit (again, you can nominate who you share a unit with). The accommodation section of this web site has details for other (book yourself) accommodation options (motels and a backpackers).

The costs of these field trips are set out below. Please note that these costs may vary slightly but you are asked to book field trips in advance on the registration form to make sure that you secure a place on the trip/s of your choice.
